"Haven’t had a traffic ticket in over 18 years or any wrecks involving another driver that was my fault but I hit a curb and messed two rims up and two tires and paid a thousand dollar deductible to boot and they are wanting to drop me . In the letter they are talking about my son who has never had an accident or traffic ticket . But they are to incompetent to realize my son and I have the same name so I know they are referring to me they have went up on our insurance multiple times and even paying a thousand dollar deductible they’re still wanting to drop me . I honestly don’t even know what we are paying them for . Because if you use your insurance that you pay for to cover your vehicle they send a letter wanting to sever ties . Then what in the hell are you good for just to pay to line your pockets . I thought that was what we paid all that money for was to cover you and help you fix your vehicle they are the shittiest insurance I’ve ever had and not only am I not waiting to be dropped but the other vehicles that we have insured will be taking our business elsewhere and changing home insurance also . There is nothing that they could even say to me to make me want to do business with them sorry greedy agents . There bill always goes up on every vehicle even though only one had an accident.they are extremely expensive and if you actually have to file a claim whatch out cause you might get that same letter and sub par service is provided I’d take my business elsewhere they have nothing to pride themselves on"
